The reception staff were indeed helpful. They provided a table in the room for my work. The Wi-Fi worked well , which I valued. The room also had tea and coffee..
There was no room service available at this location. Basic needs like slippers required separate payment. I also noticed some cleanliness issues. The bed seemed half-done and a towel had a stain.

the breakfast quality was pretty low i felt the products were not fresh. the choice was also limited i hoped for more variety. the room service felt somewhat lacking too i spoke about this already.

The reception staff were professional. The room contained all necessary amenities. I noticed a prevalence of younger guests, which contributed to a vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent!!!
The hotel lacks in-room bottled water, even though there are tea and coffee facilities. This small detail would have enhanced the stay.

the building is modern with good facilities. the bed was super clean and cozy and had excellent furniture. i enjoyed having a meal at the restaurant. it was like a good deal for the price.
they did not put water bottles in the room. even the smallest guest house usually does that. when i asked reception, they only had sparkling water. i had to pay for water. they did not bring it to the room.

the room was clean. breakfast included some diverse toiletries that i needed. i was able to use the gym. all areas were quiet.
they seemed uninterested. i asked a few questions they could not answer. It was odd. the hotel wants to be fancy but it does not provide water bottles in the room.

the location was easy enough to reach by taxi, and there were supermarkets nearby.
i was very disappointed to find there was no room service at all, a real letdown after a long day. basic amenities seemed to require extra payment, things like slippers and shaving kits reminded me of they should be standard. cleanliness was a big issue, my bed looked half-done, a small pillow was left beside the bed, and the feet towel had a large stain. i definitely didn't feel comfortable sleeping there after seeing that.
